Is the USA headed towards a new “civil war?” Are we there already?
That depends on your definition of “war.” If a war means two political jabbering heads hurling pejoratives at each other on TV, then yes, we are at war.
If political battles waged at the ballot box, where each election is “the most important ever” is war, then we probably are at war.
If war is a cultural struggle, then we have been in a Civil War for decades. But none of that includes the cruelty and carnage of the original US Civil War.
So are we in a new type of Civil War?
Or is it an over-used phrase employed by those with no perspective of the horrors of Shiloh, Antietam or Gettysburg?
Is it an epic battle for right or left supremacy, or an indicator of a lack of a sense of history or self-awareness?

That is a ridiculous statement. You are falling right in line with what the elite want you to believe is reality. Their plans to control the population by making us believe that there aren’t enough resources for everyone because it’s much easier to control a smaller percentage of people. It is incredibly easy to grow your own food even in a very small space or raise a handful full of chickens in your backyard and share with your neighbors. The reality is we just need to be more self-sufficient. We all need to stop relying on them to make decisions for us and start making the decision to think for ourselves and care for our community.

There will be no civil war. Americans have become too fat and lazy. One day they await their government checks and free healthcare checkups sitting and complaining endlessly as they order take out food, and idle to Netflix. No, those days have come and gone. We haven’t had a revolution like that since 1775. We won’t. We’ve become too sedentary of spirit. The constitutional republic has had its day and pretty much failed us.

Any president who wants to become a dictator would have to go through the legal channels that are set up to allow for such a thing to happen, which requires a tremendous amount of popular support. Which is the same process for making guns that are legal, illegal.
