Question how to make a air conditioner during a blackout that does mean there is no electricity correct because that’s what blackout means so how the f*** are you going to run anything without any electricity that s*** better be battery operated

This is way too hard and too much money and time to make very simply if you take Frozen one gallon water bottles have two holes drilled into the top of the bucket and one large one small replace the fan over the big hole and some sort of adjustable ductwork coming out of the small one you use the 12 volt DC fan and a car battery like you said and there will come out of there at about 46 degrees way cooler than a swamp cooler setup and you can switch out the gallon containers if you keep them in the freezer they will last a long time it will cost half the money and take half the time even though this is a good idea

Best use styrofoam container because it’s a more efficient insulation vessel. Ice will last twice as long for the most part. I tried it and it actually works for a few hours.
