When a prepper sets out to build the perfect shelter or bug out home one of the main things they look for is a material that's going to withstand the elements. From brick to wood, it's important to build a shelter that's going to get us through the hard times.
Well, recently a company developed a modular home built from layers of corrugated cardboard. At first thought cardboard doesn't sound like that great of a material for a home, but from the sound of things this may be the type of shelter we should consider in the future.
They layered the cardboard and created a “wrap” from it, creating a pretty impressive small module home. They claim their homes can last up to 100 years and that's not all! I was pretty impressed when I read about the other impressive features of this cardboard home.
