13) Basket:

Wire lengths of hose together to make a custom basket for gardening.

14) Garden Tool Grips:

Cut lengths of hose, split down one side, and wrap around the handles of rakes and other garden tools. Secure with hose clamps at either end.

Gardening is important, even post-collapse. In fact, you may be forced to use what you have an old hose can help you create several things you'll no longer have access to.

In fact, on the next slide #15 is an ingenious way to prevent injury while gardening and a hose can help you with that. Plus, I had never thought of #17 before. What a great idea!
