Honestly, what we need now are more preppers who know the value of wilderness foods and can tell the rest of us how to find and prepare them for vitamin enriched foods. Check out the video below to see one such man and his goldmine of cattail!
We have to admit, after watching this video and hearing all about the vitamins and nutrients, we're wondering if there is some place near our home where we can explore and find cattail.
If eating cattail is an acquired taste, his kids certainly did not seem to mind it. Who knows — maybe in your future, there will be a cattail surprise on the table!
