When you are hiking through the wilderness, camping, or merely taking in nature from the back porch of a cabin, it is always advisable to think about the dangers around you. There are predators out there, possibly some watching you while you are innocently putting up a tent or drinking from a canteen, and the more you know about them the better.

Many will argue about which beast they feel is the most dangerous out in the wild. The pessimistic or realistic of us might even say man himself is the most dangerous creature in the woods. However, keeping human beings out of the mix there are many truly fearful animals to choose from. We have bears, snakes, alligators, hippos and even the majestic deer can be dangerous.

Yet there is one beast, more than any other, that has been known to kill far more people than any other – and what it is might surprise you!

After the break, go to the next page and read up on the creature that kills more people while living off the grid!

Wow! The first thing I thought when reading the headline was “Liberals”. I’m glad I read the article. Although I do believe Liberals are dangerous.

Good thing that we haven’t had a case of malaria in the U.S., you gotta be really careful if you go to Africa tho!!! I remember taking malaria pills for 7 months and a liver cleanser at the end of my deployment

You can 100% blame Oxitec a british Company here in the US. They release GMO mosquitoes of all varieties and WE are the guinea pigs. You dont even know they have labs here… Hell we didn’t know we had a lab here in the Florida Keys… Shocking since we are a very close nit community. They didn’t want to use British people as guinea pigs since they are family. https://www.facebook.com/NeverAgainKW/?fref=ts

Don’t think malaria so much as infection from scratching. Or some other allergic reaction.

Viruses and bacteria are the top killers in the wild next to good ol’ exposure to mother nature of course.
