(Video) This Prepper Shows Us What it Takes to Survive During the Wintertime Using Bushcraft Techniques

Going through all the prepper scenarios in our heads, one would be inclined to think that most of us don't like to envision having to survive in the depths of winter.

After all, if you take a look at a lot of bug out bags and preps, there isn't a whole lot in the way of winter clothes and blankets.

That's not to say we a lot of preppers couldn't survive in the brutal chill of a northern winter; we just prefer to hope we won't have to.

And can you blame us? Survival today without modern amenities is difficult enough, but if you throw in the below zero temperatures, the deep snow, difficulty in gathering food or water, and the fact that we would need to double our calorie intake pretty much to survive, well, things get a little scary.

So what does it take to survive in a winter setting? Take a look at the video on the next page to find out.
