There are a lot of places you can go to get away from people for good. One such place that most people would not consider would be the center of a cloverleaf exit ramp. But you'll be amazed by the ingenuity of this guy.

Chances are, the chimney is the remnant of an old farmhouse that the hermit took advantage of when he built his new home. This is what you have to do, though. Make use of anything and everything you can to survive in your bug out life.

The man who lived here made use of anything and everything he could find in order to make his life easier. He probably sold the car parts he found and used the money for food.

Chances are he filled the gas can with fuel and used it for his oil lamps. These are just some of the excellent examples we can take from this long-forgotten man of how to live a simpler life, away from the chaos.

If that guy thinks a hermit built that chimney? He’s deluded. Chances are this was an old house that someone had to leave by eminent domain when they brought the highway through. The hermit probably utilized the chimney to make his little home there long after the older house had either been bulldozed or fell.
