During a survival situation, there is constantly something we have to maintain. With the resources and supplies we have to gather, it becomes challenging to keep track of everything. Eventually, we lose track and in the process, we overlook some items.

Some items aren't that big of a deal, but there are other items that are vital. It's when we forget or ignore or basic human need that can lead to other problems. Without having our needs met, it'll become hard to function and eventually make it during a survival situation.

So what is one of the most ignored needs that we must be more aware of? Sleeping, actually. If you're sleeping on the hard ground it could be difficult to fall asleep or at best your sleep may be restless. Not to mention you can also get ill from getting overly cold.
