Zip ties have varying degrees of strength depending on the application. Don’t try that with the industrial ones you’ll hurt yourself and still be tied up.
Lol one, you will not have your hands in front of you. Two, those are “regular” zip ties. Three how do you defend yourself while attempting this move and your captor watching your every move.

It can be done if the zip ties are behind your back all you have to do is have a paperclip you slide it between the lock and the tie itself pushing up on the small razor blade in the zip tied with slide itself open
There’s a big difference between weak little zip ties and Flex Cuffs.
