[Video] How To Make This Kickass 5 Gallon Bucket Air Cooler

Every home has an area thats complicated to cool down in warmer months. For me, it's my workshop. It's located in the back of the house, far away from all the air vents and it only has a single tiny window. In other words… it's a hot box.

Installing a larger window would be too much work and as much as I'd like to, I simply don't spend enough time in this space to justify the cost of air conditioning it. This amazing DIY air conditioner is perfect for spaces like this!

With energy prices through the roof in most places and summer not cooperating by giving us many cool spells, air conditioning is a must for most of us. For those rooms that are not worth air conditioning, this DIY project is perfect.

Best of all, it is one of those projects that almost anyone can do!

It’s a swamp fan. Old timers used to do the same thing with dry ice and a fan 😉

If you have a blackout you won’t have electricity to run the fan.

Another deceiving headline. This thing uses electricity. How are you supposed to use it during a blackout?!?!?
