(VIDEO) How to Make a Primitive Stone Axe From Scratch

If you’re not too short on time or patience, we’ve got an awesome project for you. Primitive Technology is at it again, and this time, he’s making his own celt stone axe from scratch! It's pretty incredible and would make an amazing bug out tool to have on hand for projects and protection! Take a look!

This guy never fails to amaze me. The head of the axe took him about a week, while the handle took about a day. Now, remember – this axe is blunter than steel. The blade requires a different angle to strike the target than a steel blade.

If you’re trying to cut down a tree, as our guy from Primitive Technology advises, you should aim to hit the tree at an angle higher than 45 degrees. How cool is that?!
