Having this skill may just come in handy more than you think!

Pine resin has so many wonderful uses and using it to make hot glue sticks is truly incredible. It is important to remember to burn your pine resin slowly so the glue gets nice and sticky and doesn't burn away.

You combine this hot resin with some charcoal and some sticks and you have hot glue sticks that you can light or reheat to use for just about anything. You'll be glad you know how to make this glue when SHTF!

    In OZ you can get resin from the base on the Spinifex bush. Warm it up and stick it on. Used for spear head attachments and water (jerry can, plastic) repair
