Even without the bunker, Peanut Island is a great camp site and something any outdoorsman will want to visit. However, the bomb shelter makes the area a history lover’s dream!

The last time we went to Florida is was a for a Disney vacation. Had we known such a thing existed we would have made a quick detour to Peanut Island!
