It’s why 80%lowers are so popular. As well as mold Kits for lowers. And some people even manufacture ak rifles as well. Milling machines are relatively inexpensive if you have the technical fortitude to make it work.
You will need a type 07 FFL to manufacture a firearm. This is illegal without proper licensing.
