Just quick word of warning just in case you are watching the following with ear-phones. There is a scream from a child and it is loud! Dad might be calm but the family was scared to death!

It does not matter if a bear is at a preserve, being well fed, or pampered. They are wild and even if they want to give a family a friendly “Hi!” and open a car door, do not let it happen! Keep those doors locked and, if you are out hiking on a trail near bear territory, be sure to avoid them like a plague.

In other words, if you are going to set up a camp, be sure to hide – preferably bury – your food. If a bear smells your lunch or dinner he’ll come after it and, unlike Yogi Bear, he will neither be fun or funny!
