Having rope in a survival situation is important. I think we can all agree on that. But what if you've run out or simply forgot? If you have plastic two-liter bottles, you've got plenty of cordage. Check out the video below to learn this sweet trick!

That was so cool and fast, we had to watch the video a few times just because we were amazed at what an easy process it was. Hopefully, you won't neglect to pack rope and still somehow remember to bring two-liter bottles, but in the event that it happens, at least you'll know a way to improve a bad situation.

This video also does a great job of showing that with a little ingenuity you can probably use whatever you have to improve your circumstances. Just remember to think critically, dwell outside the box and never tell yourself something won't work until after you've tried it.
