These Items Will Be The First to Go in An Emergency- Stock Up While You Can

Think about it. You've been planning for an emergency – so you already have a solid foundation of go-to items when this occurs. But for the average Joe who isn't a survivalist, and hasn't thought about preparing for anything beyond his PowerPoint Presentation, there's going to be a wave of panic. What's the first thing everyone is going to do when this occurs? Most likely they'll head for the stores and shops and stocking up on everything they can find. That's all fine and good, but when you have hundreds of ill prepared people all shopping for the same thing, you're going to run out fast.

Pretty crazy. And the sad part is this is very accurate. To view even more items you should stockpile, check out the complete list on Survival Cache.

There were various items on this list we had already thought about, but there were plenty of items we had not considered. Baby supplies was something we had not previously thought about, but it brings an entirely new elements to the stage of planning. Parents of infants will have a difficult time preparing because young children have dietary restrictions (formula, milk, soft foods, etc), they produce a lot of waste (diapers), and they're constantly growing. So ensuring your survival prep includes items for your children depending on which state of life they're in can be very hard to do. This was an eye opener for us!

Did You See Something Not On The List?

Tell us about it and we'll add it! We'd love to hear your feedback, comments and additions to make this list even better.
