North America’s Most Venomous Spiders Are Shocking. #4 is a Lot More Common Than Many Originally Thought!

Hobo spider

It's true; spiders are the #1 fear for most people who live in the world. Most of us can say that we were taught from an early age that spiders should be snuffed out with a paper towel or Kleenex, because if we don't, they might do something unpredictable if we take our eyes off of them.

In multiple horror movies, spiders are cast as the main antagonists, and they kill countless people. You know you've seen that sneaky venom monster that's in the form of a giant tarantula the size of a car that runs rampant as it tries to capture people in its web so it can eat them for breakfast later (here's looking at you Frodo and Ron Weasley).

Jokes aside, thankfully spiders really aren't that dangerous, and the minority of them aren't a threat to humans. However, there are still plenty of species which has resulted in our fears coming to light in the first place, and these types of spiders have bites that vary from an annoying inconvenience to a horrifying death sentence.

If you want to make sure you stick clear of these terrifying and deadly critters, check out four deadly spiders after the break. The last spider — #4 — is actually a lot more common than you may think!

our most poisioness spider believe it or not is a grandaddy long leggs but his poison is in his skin. thats why chickens birds or nothing else will eat them

Grand daddy long legs are harvest men, they’re not spiders, they only have one body segment instead of three. They do have venom but cannot bite us, they are poisonous to eat. That’s the only way they can hurt you.

No problem, I don’t understand why they would be on this list without making a distinction
