So this bear walks up to a fisherman sitting by a river… It's not the start of a joke. As you can see in the video, laughter was the last thing on this guy's mind.
If this happened to you would you have the presence of mind to stay calm, or would the primal urge to run take over?
Not every exciting wild encounter with a deadly predator ends in violent tragedy. This big beast moved on even without the fisherman reaching for the bear spray. Sometimes nature can put us in our place without any painful reminder:
I know if this were me, I'd still be looking for the “record” button long after the bear moved along, but even if I didn't get the shot, that would be an unforgettable memory!
