The first thing we thought of when seeing these small yummy potatoes was a summertime potato salad! They already look good enough to eat but it’s nice to know they will be there, ready and willing, once Summer arrives!

Of course those potatoes are also great for winter and spring too. Think about the stews they can go in, or maybe mashed with a nice piece of beef or – in our family – we simply love boiled baby potatoes with butter!

However you choose to eat your potatoes, it’s always nice to know they can be canned, waiting for one and all when potatoes are needed!
