Virtually everyone would opt to take a natural remedy over a chemical solution.
This natural alternative to pharmaceutical antibiotics can be used as a preventative measure as well as to treat an existing illness.
Ingredients:
3 cups of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 fresh chili peppers
1/4 cup of grated ginger
2 teaspoons of grated horseradish
2 teaspoons of turmeric
3 teaspoons of honeyHow to prepare:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the vinegar.
2. Transfer the mixture to a Mason jar.
3. Pour in some apple cider vinegar and fill it to the top. It is best if 2/3 of the jar consist of dry ingredients, and fill in the rest with vinegar.
4. Close well and shake.
5. Keep the jar in a cool and dry place for 2 weeks. Shake well several times a day.
6. After 14 days, squeeze well and strain the liquid.
Notes, Warnings, Caveats: This natural remedy has not been tested by government authorities; it does have a long history in various iterations of being effective. It should not be used to treat serious illnesses and you use it in place of a doc and chemical pharmaceuticals at your own risk!
But, if you are looking for a maintenance supplement to keep healthy or a possible natural cure for a minor illness, this just might be your awful-tasting-but-effective elixir!
