    Mike Scott only if its organic, grass fed, non GMO, free range, low cal/low carb, and most importantly… gluten free.

    On one hand minus the shredded cabbage this is similar to Chow Chow an Appalachian recipe to add to food, sandwiches and meat because of the high levels of vinegar and acids it will kill bacteria infection in the stomach or on the skin as a poltice (sp?) also a great night time snack with pickles and corned beef
