(Video) He Pours Dish Soap into His Toilet. When He Shows Us Why? I Ran to Try It!

unclogging-the-toilet

This is a great tip and trick you might want to share with friends – very good friends. LOL! It will save you and them money and who wants to call a plumber when you don’t have to? This is a genius idea, and a life saver!

This method is particularly helpful if it happens in the middle of the night. Just be patient, let it work its way through and by morning you have a great unclogged toilet. As the guy said, it doesn’t work for all clogs, but we’ve been lucky. The two times we tried this it worked without a problem!

If only other problems in life could be solved so easily!

He squeezed out a floater that just wouldn’t flush, so he put soap in there to up the density of the water and made the$#%&!@*sink to the bottom and actually flush.

If it’s just paper clogging the toilet, wait for till the paper dissolves some, and water and watch it flush. Save your dish soap.

For those using a septic tank, don’t use soap. The soap will kill the bacteria that you need in there to have a properly working septic system.

Ummm no otherwise the water from your sink which also goes into your septic tank would cause the same effect

  8. John Fletcher said:

It does and that’s the reason why the tanks have to be pumped more often.

It would be nice if they just told us what it’s about instead of making us click a link I mean if we knew what it did we would be more likely to click the link

If you’re on a septic system, soap kills the bacteria that’s needed to take care of the solids.
