Those seat belts are designed to withstand a lot of force.
    You can trust them.
    Things that help.
    Are staying fit.
Young slim men and women have the best odds.
Old and out of shape have the worst odds of surviving.
First 3 minutes after takeoff and last 8 minutes of your flight duration is the time frame most crashes occur.
That being said though, make sure your prepared at all times.
Where clothing you can move around in and bring something flame retardant that will protect you.
Deer hide Leather jacket for instance but don’t forget gloves.
    Remember to carry gloves.
Deer hide welding gloves are something to consider, but leather workmate forestry gloves are a good option as well.
Don’t sleep and where shoes or boots that are easy to move in, and have the durability to withstand heat, the kicking smashing thrashing objects that lye between you and the exit.
My wife always teases me about wearing leather jackets and gloves on adventures in
    both cars and planes.
Still haven’t told her the real reason.
Saved her from getting really wet on a Whale watching adventure one time though at Sea World though.
