You Just Encountered a Grizzly Bear. Contrary to All of the Advice You’ve Read, Here’s Step by Step Instructions on What to Do

Bears are easily the most terrifying thing that you’ll run into in the woods, short of Bigfoot. Even then, bears have caused far more injuries than the legendary Bigfoot ever has, so perhaps this is even more reason to fear them.

Every year, bears injure and even kill humans in the quest to defend their cubs, protect themselves, and even in the search for food.

As bears are so much bigger and more powerful than humans, we have very little chance of warding off attacks utilizing our own strength alone. After all, bears are covered in thick fur which is difficult to grip and pull for leverage, and even if you could get a grip on a bear, beneath that fur is a solid wall of muscle which could rip you apart with about as much effort as you opening a can of soda.

With this very real threat presenting itself in many wooded areas throughout the country, experts have compiled a collection of methods which can be used to avoid and defend against these guardians of the woods. Learn and apply these methods on the next page.

Additionally with black bears, they are the only species of bear that has been documented stalking a human as a food source. I know you guys used the grizzly as an example in this scenario but since you brought up being able to fight off a black bear I thought I’d add a bit to it

Katana sword or high power bullet. Any other suggestions I’d sure like to depend on something better than pepperspray
