All of us have at least one can of WD-40 hanging around in a workshop, garage or in a tool closet.

From coating metal to loosening rust or mechanical part to cleaning paint or glue off your hands in a pinch – WD-40 is one of the most versatile materials you have in you survival arsenal.

It even can be used as a wasp killer and fire starter!

While ideally, you have all the survival tools you need, if you do not, cannot get access to them or use them up, WD-40 can fill in as a substitute in multiple ways!
