Everyone has their preference in regards to what they would like to build first. From a prepper's perspective, people may want to build the necessities first and not necessarily a hot tub. However, if a prepper feels like a hot tub will keep them going when SHTF, then more power to them! If given the chance, which would you build first: the deck or the house?
