(Video) Viper vs. Viper! This Never-Before-Seen Battle is Incredible!

two-snakes-battle

One thing's for certain: No one wants to be at the receiving end of a viper's bite. These venomous snakes, no matter the species can either leave a person dead or wishing for death. What makes them so deadly is because they're generally aggressive.

It would seem, however, that the aggressiveness displayed by these snakes on the video is not only directed at humans, but it is also gets taken out on fellow serpents.

When a rival snake enters into another viper's territory, the two will undoubtedly fight without mercy. That is until one concedes or dies at the mercy of the other viper.

So what would a fight like this look like? Well, it just so happens that an outdoor enthusiast had a camera on hand when the fight took place between a copperhead and cottonmouth.

How will this fight end? Check out the video on the next page to find out.

They are mating. Cottonmouth snakes have been known to interbreed with copperheads that overlap in there same territory. Also, there have been successful captive breeding projects that resulted these hybrid cottonmouth /copperheads crosses being produced. The common name for these hybrid animals is nothing simpler than the “cottonhead.”
