[VIDEO] Using an Empty Butane Lighter to Start a Fire – This is a Must See!

starting a fire

Being able to create a fire is paramount in a survival or SHTF moment, and most of us have several types of fire-starters in our survival kits and bug-out bags.

One of those methods is the butane lighter.

In most situations, survival or no, butane lighters are the quickest and most reliable way to ignite something and because of that, they are usually the starting point.

What happens, though, when the butane lighter runs out of fuel?

In a longer term survival situation, running out of fuel is inevitable.

But your lighter does not become a useless hunk of plastic, metal and flint when that happens; in fact, with a little practice, it is almost as potent a fire-starter as when it had fuel.

Watch the video on the next page to see how to keep using your butane lighter to start fires, long after you run out of fuel.

The generation coming up is screwed bro haha not really anything to do with this video directly but when there phone dies so does their soul…having to create fire from something other than a direct source will be rocket science . I think survivalist classes should be taught to kids ,everyone should know how to survive when something does happen. Ok I’m done lol
