[VIDEO] Turn Your Putty Knife Into A Bushcraft Knife

Putty knives are great tools because they are rigid, sturdy and fairly inexpensive – if you break one, you do not have to break the bank to replace it.

They do, however, over time, wear down and become less and less effective when used for their intended purpose.

When that happens, you can, with very little effort, make your own Bushcraft knife – which re-purposes the putty knife and turns it into something useful again.

The nice thing about this project is that if you lose or break the knife, you really only lose the time you invested in making it from an old putty knife.

As a utility-type knife this knife is as good as any you can buy in a store, for a lot more.

What other hand tools can you re-purpose into other survival items? Leave some suggestions below.
