(Video) This Swimming Hole is a Rare Phenomenon That Contains a Mysterious and Dangerous Secret…

swimming hole

Somewhere out in the middle of the wilderness is a swimming hole that's commonly known as Jacob's Well. It was discovered in the 1850's and since then has become a hotspot for people to have a nice dip.

What makes Jacob's Well one of a kind is the fact that it is a large natural spring in which thousands of gallons of pure water rush to its surface every minute, making it a substantially large and one of a kind phenomenon.

There is a dark side to Jacob's Well, however. Since the hole was discovered there, have been nine confirmed deaths and several injuries.

Usually the injuries have resulted from careless jumping and people misjudging the distances. However, that doesn't stop divers from frequently making forays down into the depths of the well and what they find deep below is shocking.

Find out what makes this well a rare and dangerous phenomenon after the break.

Yes, please, don’t go there. It’s a terrible place to visit.

We have been there before. The deaths are from divers – mainly free divers who are diving in the cave and getting lost.

    Wow……
Diehard survivor, this story was a huge waste of the 20 seconds it took to read the whole thing, and there was almost literally nothing resourceful, or even entertaining about the two clicks I had to do that rendered nothing of any real value.

I’m not unsubscribing from you today, but I’ve got my eye on you now.

Some water holes that look like the image above, have underground waterways that lead to the ocean. They have very dangerous currents if you go too deep, and misjudging depths is another issue, but for a survival situation, who is jumping in water holes risking their lives? A buncha teenagers who spent their life on a space station in outer space who act like stereotypical teenagers? (stupid television shows…)

Jacobs Well is natural water source and should not be dirty by bodies swimming in it. Plus it’s a dangerous place
