Out in the wilderness, one of the most important things to know is how to build a fire. It keeps warm, allows you to see around you in the dark, and you can cook on it.
And while making fire is probably very easy for a seasoned survivalist or prepper, it never hurts to know a different way to build something useful with your flame.
We are going to discuss a great campfire called a Swedish Torch. I know. It seems like a contradiction. Is it a campfire or a torch? Let’s just put it this way: The flame is huge and you can cook on it – with a pan!

Question: if your out in the woods with only the few essentials for survival then explain to me how you cut your log that way? Safe to say you wouldn’t use a loud chainsaw.
