Having a bug out trailer would be awesome. While some people simply rely on bug out vehicles, which is perfectly alright, a bug out trailer means you have a roof over your head at all times, which makes hauling your entire family much more comfortable.

Bugging out can be trying. You have to leave the comfort of your home for who knows how long so that you can munch on dried beans and rice while hoping everything blows over quickly. If it doesn't, you'd better have a cozy place to call your own.

What if you can't afford to buy a bug out property out in the middle of nowhere?

Converting a cargo trailer may then be your best option. You can load it up with food and supplies and simply head out to the middle of nowhere. What also makes this a great plan is that you would be able to pick up and move if you had to; that's an option you don't have with a bug out cabin.
