You need to make sure that the base is secure, that nothing is crooked or flimsy, and that every piece is placed together the way it is supposed to be.

This group shelter utilizes large sticks and logs, leaves, and cordage. It can be made in almost any forest setting, as long as there is a large quantity of dead leaves to insulate the structure from wind and rain.

If structured properly, it can last for about four months. You’ll have plenty of room to lie around, and up to six people can sleep within its walls.
