If you want a large advantage while you're out in the wilderness, then you'll need the skill set to survive. There are many ways to use lashing skills, knife and ax techniques as well as woodworking and heading out into the woods to bug out.
But tackle an actual survival situation and you'll have to learn the techniques you need to stay alive for a lot longer than if you had next to zero survival knowledge to begin with. It's best to stay off of Mother Nature's hit list.
A group of preppers decided the easiest way to put their skills into use was by building a wilderness bushcraft camp that any survivalist would envy. With strong wood walls built to keep out potential intruders and stormy weather, they also managed to incorporate working tables into the walls.

The energy involved in building that shelter could probably have been better spent building up in the trees ~ far less chance of predators 2 legged & 4 getting in . Q. How many ppl wander round the bush looking Up for shelter ?
What kind of improvements would you add?
One thing, and this is nit picking, don’t need to shoot these little shorts with all tbe cinematic artistry. Normally I won’t watch because of that reason.
