Many of us have been stockpiling clothes and other items to get us through any type of weather when a collapse hits. This is because we really don't know what kind of weather we will be having during that time.  We may not have  working TVs, the Internet, and even radios available to be able to find out that kind of information. However, this storm glass made by Night Hawk InLights shows us in this video how this glass can actually help us to predict the weather!

This process is incredible! This guy takes a glass adds some vodka as a solvent that contains water and ethanol. Then he uses potassium nitrate and ammonium chloride and adds them to the glass along with some camphor. After that, he dissolved the solids by putting the glass into some heated water. He placed the glass next to a window and it formed crystals on it depending on how the weather changed.

There's no doubt about it, you will want to make this storm glass so you can better predict what the weather might be when you have to bug out!
