Lists are important when it comes to surviving. It may sound silly right now but when you are going out of your mind, crazily rushing about, getting your family prepared, attempting to remember this and that during a chaos situation, having that journal or several sheets of paper with you, telling you what is needed, is a blessing!

You don’t have to worry about getting everything down right away but, as you remember things you know you’ll need, make sure they are written down!
