What type of vehicle you choose depends on what type of a survival crisis you will most likely be facing and the environmental factors of where you live.

Other factors such as comfort, ruggedness, and ease of working on them also have to play into your decision.

Our “survival” vehicle in northern NH is a four wheeled drive pick-up truck that we use for everyday use as well as during emergencies – usually weather related emergencies.

What you choose should mirror how you most likely will use it – it does not good to have a pick-up truck if you live in a city and need to remain relatively hidden during a survival incident for instance.
