Various homesteaders and preppers have different ways to store their goods, whether they buy or can/bottle their own. It is always interesting to see who does what. Some people are completely off grid while others are still on grid but are prepared for anything!

Watching videos of these motivated individuals is inspiring. We have seen small pantries, basements and attics turned into pantries, and even one large bedroom converted to store all canned and bagged items! Bags of rice, beans, freeze-dried Mac and Cheese – anything that can be held in Mylar for years and still be eatable!
