One of the most important things to remember when bugging out is that you have to be ready for any type of weather. You might have to sleep outside when it is freezing and there is snow on the ground. If this is the case, you'll want to make a shelter to sleep in just like Survival Lilly did in this video. You'll be shocked at how well it works!

The shelter this woman slept in, in the bitter cold and snow is amazing. She used a Mylar blanket, some sheep fur for insulation, a sleeping bag made out of a wool blanket and another sleeping bag inside. She was so warm that she was practically sweating.

Lilly even let the fire die down because she was too hot. If you have to bug out during the winter, you will want to make sure you have this extremely warm sleeping bag and supplies to keep you warm!

Survival Stephi is another favorite of mine. They have inspired me to do a channel on cold weather survival. I want to do a video on how to survive Mt. Washington, NH. I’ve done that mountain four times by myself all in winter.

I have heated rocks by the fire and placed them inside my clothing. As the rocks cool I have other heating by the fire and exchange them. Helps if you are cought without a sleeping bag or other cover.
