If you have ever camped in the rain, you know how awful it can be if you are unprepared.

About the only thing worse is having to bug-out or finding yourself in a survival situation, without adequate weather protection when the weather is bad.

A long night can seem like decades when you are cold and wet.

It also can be very dangerous – hypothermia risk is present in just about every survival situation, but it becomes extremely dangerous if the temperature is below 70 degrees F, especially if you are soaked to the skin.

Being able to build a water-resistant shelter that protects you from the elements is critical if you want to make it through your ordeal.
