What you need is purified water to be “supercooled”. Water typically freezes at 32°F (0°C), but purified water requires a temperature of -43.6°F (-42°C) for freezing to occur.
Purified water lacks the organic particles that assist with crystallization, and so it ends up being “supercooled” at regular freezing temperatures. Most freezers don't get cold enough for purified water to be anything more than cold water!

You are not freezing water in seconds if you have to have in the freezer for a few hours.
Freeze one of those bottles. Then defrost it. Give it a good shake and hold it up into the light. You will never freeze in those cheap bottles again. Don’t give these to kids
