There is a distinction here and it is important to pick up on it as the news report moves along. It is not just the money, which is a huge consideration, that will get you into this community but what skills you can bring to the underground shelter.
Obviously, teachers would be awesome for the kids, technicians, and engineers to keep the bunker in operation, and even electricians and specialized workmen to dig and wire depending on how long the people inside need to stay. Security types are also important, obviously.
But if you are without skills, unable to add to the community, will you be welcome even with the appropriate amount of cash? That is something to seriously consider!
