A few things mentioned here may be a little uncomfortable for men but, as the male member of this duo says, if hearing about female issues grosses you out then you should not be a homesteader! You are going to hear and go through a lot more disgusting things than what is addressed here! Man-up and take a listen — and if you are a lady… can you relate?

In the end, just be nice to each other! You are in it together and if you don’t want to be in it together, to make sacrifices, then you have no business starting a homesteading lifestyle as a twosome in the first place!

In other words, it’s a give and take and the sooner men and women learn that survival is not a bonus but a must the better they will understand each of their positions, what is needed to maintain and go out on a limb for, their lives will become more harmonious!

Oh, but do not forget to have fun too. Homesteaders and survivalists need that as a couple too!
