Any man or woman who has watched Robin Hood as a child remembers the urge of wanting to grab a play sword and hacking at bushes, trees and probably their little brother in the name of freedom and justice. Here is the real thing, for adults, and the forging of a sword is fascinating!

This type of sword certainly is not a play toy, not today and certainly not back then. Although we are sure even children of the bronze-age found themselves out in their yards during playtime, doing battles against their brothers and sisters for territory.

We do love the final product, the beautiful weapon and how, out of respect, our host even honored the sword with his own ceremony. Any survivor can appreciate this. What a prize!
