It may not be the easiest technique when urgently needing to get your car started but it certainly will do the job when there are no other avenues open to you and yours! And, depending on the circumstance, it could be a life saver!

    Learned this years ago from my dad that was a wood cutter used the lights going to the woods and forgetting to turn off when time for work

    No this doesnt work unless you have a little bit of juice left. Its called an exciter wire. Unless you are running a generator instead of an alternator

    I’m going to try it. A 90 amp alternator only pulls down around 1.5 horsepower with a dead batt. So I can actually see this working.

    Word to the wise, you can use a car alternator to make a Hydro electric generator. Think about it

    I USED AN ELECTRIC DRILL TO HARGE MY DEAD BATTERY YEARS AGO, IN THE 70S IT WAS IN A HUGE SNOW STORM!!!!!
