Having a variety of tools and weapons helps you maintain  a level of resourcefulness which is essential during SHTF scenarios or emergencies where you might need to defend yourself. But these tools and weapons can also be fun to play around with (safely of course) because you can hone in on certain skill set and improve things like your stamina, your aim, your stance – all of these are helpful.

And practice makes perfect – we've discussed this previously. It's important to get your hands on as many different kinds of man made weapons as you can so you're familiar with how they work, what their strengths are and what their weakness's are. It's also a great opportunity for you to improve upon something you've made. Sometimes combining weapons into your own unique tool works best!
