We do not always know why a person acts as they do. They are not automatically a bad guy but perhaps they're acting frantic and in the process, the situation gets misunderstood. Still, that does not mean we should allow ourselves to sit idly by and do nothing.
Making your own taser, having it with you for protection, is not at all criminal — and certainly smart. And smarter still, is when you make your own!

Disposable camera works better……this thing MIGHT piss off a toad if you shocked one with it.
