When bugging out when SHTF, preppers need to be aware of facts about wolf spiders so they can stay away from these dangerous creatures.
One of the most important things every prepper should know about bugging out is what lives in the environment they may be living in.
Many of these animals and creatures made their homes in nature before a collapse, and they might not all take kindly to having their home invaded by us.
You should have knowledge about what creatures you made come across and whether or not they are harmless or could be threatened by you. Many of us think that we only have to watch out for the animals like bears or snakes, but some spiders can be just as dangerous as well.
The amazing video on the next page reveals facts about wolf spiders that will remind us that just because they are small, doesn't mean they can't and won't do us harm.
If we learn as much as we can about these spiders and where they live, we can make sure we stay as safe as possible during a disruptive event. Having this knowledge will definitely make any prepper's life much easier!

I’d be more leery of the Brown Recluse but the tin of black drawing salve I keep in my bag helps me sleep more soundly.

They aren’t that bad. I slept in a basement for a few years, and would wake up every morning worth them under my blankets by my feet. They never bit me. I think they just wanted to be warm. Or liked my stinky feet. Lol
I’m pretty sure their harmless
Propaganda playing on people’s fears and ignorance
A wolf spider will bite the$#%&!@*out of you if threatened, feels about like a bee sting, but they have very low amounts of poison,
That showed NOTHING helpful at all. Nice click bait.
Folks I’m a pest control technician or as my customers call me bug man. There’s like 75 different kinds of wolf spiders in the U.S
The yellow sac is the only one thats poisonous and that’s the one pictures here and unless you live along the some places on the west coast you have no need to fear them but please keep in mind if your highly allergic to wasp or any other kind of insect be sure and protect yourselves from even garden varieties of spiders you just don’t know how your body will react to it be safe folks and God Bless
No wolf spider on Earth is worth fearing. I hate this post. U people who posted this just lost a ton of cred. Morons
They’re harmless to humans but a natural predator to the brown recluse. So I welcome them.

The only danger that I’m aware concerning wolf spiders is that they have been known to carry a nasty strain of staph/mrsa. But this is rare as far as I know

My favorite spider.

the Clintons you mean
I had 2 wolf spiders in my garden and would feed them dead bugs all the time. They were wonderful and I am kind of scared of spiders. This is a pretty silly article if you ask me
In rural VA they are everywhere. They get in my house more than any other pests. My wife freaks out over spiders but I’ve never been bitten by one or know anyone who has. Now a black widow is another story. They hide in dark places. I’ve found most under trash barrels, gas cans and well tops. Found 2 inside a pair of shoes.
We have them so big. I have heard them run across the floor before seeing what it was.
Eh, we had em all over our house growing up. Never bothered any of us.
What a joke….
No matter, the spider would be better to vote for either way.
Not a problem.
